We are proud to announce the eagerly anticipated opening of Pickwick Estates 2 in Honor Oak! We will now be operating sales, lettings and management from East and Honor Oak covering all surrounding postcodes and offering local residents a broader service that is second to none.

You have probably already noticed our lovely Green (in more ways than one they are very efficient!) Fiat 500 cars whizzing around the streets of London.

Dulwich Festival and Fair were a resounding success. Pickwick Estates were there supporting and sponsoring the event. It was a great day out for all local residents, families and especially for the kids. Thankfully the weather held out too!

Pickwick Estates also sponsored The Plough Spring Fair and helped raise £8000 for Great Ormond Street Hospital. It was a great day out for the kids. We all took part in face painting and handing out balloons!

South East London is finally going underground! The East London line extension will provide local commuters quick and convenient access into Canary Wharf and the City.

Pickwick Estates also sponsored Friends of the Horniman Fair in July at Horniman gardens at the top of Forest Hill. With the fantastic views and the sun shining it turned out to be a lovely event and a great day out for all art lovers!

An open air cinema came to Dulwich Park! Pickwick Estates were the proud sponsors of yet another great day out: The Screen on the Green! The Screen on the Green presented an open-air cinema screening in Dulwich Park.  It was a great evening and what a way to enjoy an evening under the stars with a classic film on the big screen.
